Sumbit your claim on the Trade In Now page within 21 days of purchasing your qualifying Lenovo device.
You just need to provide the following details:
- Date of purchase
- Place of purchase
- Proof of purchase
- Invoice/Receipt number
- Serial number of your new purchase
- Details of your trade in device
- Company or School details
- Bank details

When your claim has been approved, follow the instructions supplied in your approval email and send us your Trade-in device(s). Please make sure your devices reach us within 60 days of you receiving your approval email. You will also need to include the provided barcodes in any packages you send – without these we won’t be able to identify your devices and progress with your claim.

Once our technicians confirm your Trade-in unit(s) meet the Trade-in criteria, we will validate your claim. You will then receive your Trade-in reward directly to your nominated bank account within 14 days of your claim being validated.
