Purchase

Purchase a qualifying Lenovo Think product from an authorised Lenovo Dealer during the dates of the promotion.

Claim

Visit the Trade In Now page to submit your claim within 21 days of your new product purchase date.

You will need to provide the below details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Place of purchase
  • Proof of purchase
  • Invoice/Receipt Number
  • Serial number of your new purchase
  • Details of your trade in device
  • Company Details
  • Bank details

Trade In

On approval to Trade in, follow the instructions supplied via email and send your Trade in device(s) within 60 days of your claim being provisionally approved. Please ensure to include the barcodes to your Trade in unit(s). Should the provided barcodes be missing, we may be unable to identify your devices and progress your claim.

Payment

Once we have received confirmation from our Technicians that your Trade in unit(s) meet the Trade in criteria, we shall ensure that you receive your reward within 14 days of your claim being validated, directly into your nominated bank account.

Carbon Offsetting

A carbon offset is a way to compensate for your emissions by funding an equivalent carbon dioxide saving elsewhere. Our everyday actions, at home and at work, consume energy and produce carbon emissions. Carbon offsetting is used to balance out these emissions by helping to pay for emission savings in other parts of the world. For each successful claim that we receive, we will help to offset carbon emissions by planting one tree in the UK for each recycled Trade-in unit.
