Purchase

Purchase a qualifying Lenovo Think product from an authorised Lenovo Dealer by 30th September 2020.

Claim

Sumbit your claim on the Trade In Now page within 21 days of purchasing your qualifying Lenovo device.

You just need to provide the following details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Place of purchase
  • Proof of purchase
  • Invoice/Receipt number
  • Serial number of your new purchase
  • Details of your trade in device
  • Company or School details
  • Bank details

Trade In

When your claim has been approved, follow the instructions supplied in your approval email and send us your Trade-in device(s). Please make sure your devices reach us within 60 days of you receiving your approval email. You will also need to include the provided barcodes in any packages you send – without these we won’t be able to identify your devices and progress with your claim.

Payment

Once our technicians confirm your Trade-in unit(s) meet the Trade-in criteria, we will validate your claim. You will then receive your Trade-in reward directly to your nominated bank account within 14 days of your claim being validated.

Carbon Offsetting

Carbon offsetting is a way to compensate for your emissions by funding an equivalent carbon dioxide saving elsewhere. Our everyday actions, at home and at work, consume energy and produce carbon emissions; carbon offsetting is used to balance out these emissions by helping to pay for emission savings in other parts of the world. For each Trade-in unit we recycle, we will help to offset carbon emissions by planting one tree in the UK.
