Purchase

Purchase a qualifying Lenovo product from an authorised Lenovo reseller during the dates of the promotion.

You can view the qualifying products, Trade in rewards and purchase periods on the Qualifying Products page.

Claim

Visit the Trade In page on this website within 21 days of your new product purchase date.

You will need to provide the below details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Place of purchase
  • Invoice/Receipt Number
  • Serial number of your new purchase
  • Company Details
  • Bank details

Trade In

On approval to Trade In:

  • Full instructions for trading in your items will be supplied via email on provisional approval of your claim.
  • You are required to include the barcodes provided with your trade-in devices. If they are not included, we may not be able to identify your trade-in devices and unable to validate your claim.
  • Trade-in device(s) must be received within 14 days from approval of your claim. When your trade-in device has been received and tested you will be notified via email.

Payment

Your claim will be paid within 21 days of validation to your nominated bank account.
